Tacupeto Chips and Salsa is a family owned and operated business located in the North County of San Diego. The company was started by Gil Fajardo in the summer of 2007. Tacupeto is the name of the small town in Sonora, Mexico, where Gil’s grandfather lived until his recent passing at the age of 97. The growing popularity of the company is due primarily to the great care that is given to the manufacture of their products. The chips and salsa are all handmade, using only the freshest ingredients to insure consistently excellent quality.  They use no preservatives, which is never an issue, because the delicate chips and delicious salsa are consumed so quickly.
